Steven Badger Quoted in Claims Journal Article Addressing Louisiana Hurricane-damage Lawsuits
March 13, 2023Steven Badger, a partner in Zelle's Dallas office, was quoted in the article "Thousands of Lawsuits, but Few Attorneys Left to Tend Them." Badger commented on the law firm of McClenny Moseley & Associates' filing of more than 1600 hurricane-damage lawsuits in the Western District of Louisiana over the course of several days, and the filing of some 600 lawsuits in the Eastern District of Louisiana.
