Thomas Caswell Quoted in Risk & Insurance Magazine Regarding FTC Action on Cyber Security
April 25, 2014Thomas B. Caswell, III, a partner in the Minneapolis office of Zelle Hofmann, was interviewed for the article titled "FTC Taking Action on Cyber Security" published in the new Risk & Insurance magazine. The article examines the likelihood of the FTC becoming more active in initiating enforcement actions against organizations that do not sufficiently secure data, and how these actions may drive more companies to the cyber insurance market.
