Zelle Hofmann Wins 2010 Wellness by Design Award
July 6, 2010Zelle Hofmann Voelbel & Mason LLP was awarded Hennepin County’s Silver Wellness by Design Award for excellent efforts in promoting workplace wellness. Zelle Hofmann is the only law firm to receive this award for 2010.
Since 2006, Hennepin County has awarded Wellness by Design Awards to worksites that create safe and healthy environments for workers. “The Wellness by Design Award, now in its fifth year, has come to symbolize an organization’s commitment to creating policies, programs and environments that support and encourage employee and student health,” said Lisa Mueller, program manager, Hennepin County Public Health Promotion.
Currently, Zelle Hofmann subsidizes the cost of smoking cessation programs and Gruve fitness monitors, and offers health plan deductible credits for attainment of health goals.
