Jennifer Gibbs, a partner in Zelle's Dallas, TX office, will participate in the panel discussion “Ethically Leveraging AI to Boost Productivity?” at the ABA TIPS Spring Conference in Washington, D.C.

Transform your understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) in legal practice through this dynamic session combining practical demonstrations with ethical guidance. Our expert panel will showcase live, real-time examples of how generative AI platforms can enhance your daily legal work, from legal research and document review to contract analysis and brief writing. Through hands-on demonstrations, attendees will see firsthand how these tools can be effectively integrated into their practice while maintaining professional standards. The panel will address key ethical considerations including attorney competence, work product supervision, client confidentiality, data privacy, and disclosure obligations when using generative AI tools. Panelists will also discuss how to use AI as a resource for facilitating bar service. Attendees will leave with both a deeper understanding of AI’s capabilities and a framework for its ethical implementation in their daily work.
