Qianwei Fu to Serve on Panel at 33rd Annual Golden State Institute of Antitrust
October 26, 2023Qianwei Fu, a partner in Zelle’s Oakland office, will serve as a panelist at the 33rd Annual Golden State Institute of Antitrust (GSI) in San Francisco, CA, on October 26, 2023. The Antitrust and Unfair Competition Law Section of the California Lawyers Association is hosting the event.
The panel, “Antitrust Ethics in Action,” will address ways to think through ethical and strategic considerations, and how to stay on the right side of the ethical line in four different yet common litigation scenarios. Qianwei’s segment of the panel will focus on “Document Destruction,” and she will be joined by Chris Yates (Latham & Watkins). Other panelists include Adam Wolfson (Quinn Emanuel), Minna Naranjo (Morgan Lewis), Lin Chan (Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein), Allison Smith (Wilson Sonsini), Stephen McIntyre (O’Melveny & Myers) and Rachel S. Brass (Gibson Dunn). Ken O’Rourke (Wilson Sonsini) will serve as moderator.
