Brandt Johnson to Speak on Fraud in Property Claims at 2023 IASIU Annual Conference

Brandt Johnson, Counsel in Zelle’s Dallas office, will present “What the Hail is Going On? An Update from the Trenches Regarding Fraud in Property Claims” at the 2023 International Association of Special Investigation Units (IASIU) Annual Conference on September 18, 2023, in Dallas, TX.

Brandt will identify current trends in first-party damage claims, including the unauthorized practice of public adjusting, and common issues with the triumvirate of contractors, public adjusters and policyholder attorneys.
