Seth Jackson to Serve as Panelist at PLRB Claims Conference & Insurance Services Expo
March 20, 2023Seth Jackson, a partner in Zelle’s Boston office, will serve on the panel “Tenant Improvements & Betterments in Commercial Cases” at the PLRB Claims Conference & Insurance Services Expo. Seth will present on Monday, March 20th and Wednesday March 22nd in Orlando, FL. He will be joined on the panel by Thomas Carstens (Crawford & Company), and Kory Stucky (Central Insurance Companies).
The Session will:
- Analyze commercial property policies regarding tenant improvements and betterments
- Identify insurable interests of landlords and tenants
- Evaluate leases and insurance responsibility for coverage implications
- Compare legal cases impacting loss adjustment
