Kristin Suga Heres to Serve as Panelist at PLRB Large Loss Conference
October 13, 2022Kristin Suga Heres, a partner in Zelle’s Boston office, will be a panelist on “Legionella: The Trip to the Park Was Not Magical” at the PLRB Large Loss Conference in Phoenix, AZ. The panel will be held October 13-14, 2022.
She will be joined on the panel by Bob Jaye, Liability Claims Manager (Tower Hill Insurance) and William Zoeller, VP, Environmental Health (J.S. Held LLC).
The panel will address:
- Expediting an infectious disease investigation to determine the root cause of the claim and how to mitigate it
- An investigation that includes an open-minded approach that could result in other potential loss contributors
- Coverage and exclusions of infectious diseases
- Managing the balance of required reporting and the insured’s privacy
The conference, held October 12-14, 2022, will be attended by large loss claims adjusters and managers, supervisors, general adjusters and EGAs, complex case managers, senior claims management, and service providers who work with these claims.
