Heather Rankie to Present on Consumer Class Action Litigation at ABA Antitrust Law Section’s Consumer Protection Conference
July 13, 2021Heather Rankie, of the Oakland office of Zelle, will be a panelist for a session titled “Reflections On Consumer Class Action Litigation” at the ABA Antitrust Law Section’s Consumer Protection Conference. The virtual conference will take place July 12-13, 2021.
Class action litigation is intended to provide consumers a means to obtain redress in cases where individual suits would be inefficient or impractical. The panelists will discuss how class action litigation achieves its objective as well as salient recent developments and predictions for their impact on future class action litigation.
