Judith Zahid to Present on Foreign Evidence in U.S. Antitrust Litigation at ABA 2021 Antitrust Law Spring Meeting
March 26, 2021Judith Zahid, managing partner of Zelle’s Oakland office and co-chair of the Firm's Antitrust group, will moderate a panel titled “Eureka! Foreign Evidence in U.S. Antitrust Litigation” at the ABA 2021 Antitrust Law Spring Meeting. The virtual conference will take place March 23 - March 26, 2021.
Antitrust litigation, particularly cartel cases, can rise and fall based entirely on evidence located abroad. Gaining or preventing access to this evidence is an essential tool in the litigator’s kit, and in-house counsel play a crucial role. In this session, leading litigation counsel will explore both offensive and defensive strategies.
