Judith Zahid to Present on Resolving Class Actions at Northern District of California District Conference
April 14, 2019Judith Zahid, managing partner of Zelle’s San Francisco office and co-chair of the Firm's Antitrust group, will present at the 2019 Northern District of California District Conference. The conference will take place April 12-14, 2019 in Napa Valley, California. The conference will feature sessions on various topics of interest to Northern District judges and practitioners.
Zahid will co-present on a panel titled “Resolving Class Actions.” The panelists will discuss the steps required to resolve class action lawsuits, including summary judgment, preparing trial plans, managing class trials, lessons to be learned from arbitration, and protecting class member data during distribution of settlements and judgments.
Joining Zahid on the panel will be Allison Davis of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, Jahan Sagafi of Outten & Golden LLP, and Troy Yoshino of Squire Patton Boggs. The panel will be moderated by The Honorable Lucy Koh, N.D. Cal. District Judge.
