Jason Reeves to Present on Business Interruption Issues Affecting Terrorism Risks
March 19, 2019On March 19, 2019, Jason Reeves, a partner in the London office of Zelle, will co-present on business interruption issues affecting terrorism risks. The presentation will take place at the Lloyd’s Market Association in London.
The session will look at coverage and quantum on terrorism BI claims, drawing on recent claims experience and issues arising from losses such as Brussels airport attack, Borough Market, and including so-called 'non malicious-damage', 'single shooter' and 'blighting' claims.
