Judith Zahid to Present at ABA Antitrust Law Spring Meeting
March 29, 2019Judith Zahid, managing partner of Zelle’s San Francisco office and co-chair of the Firm's Antitrust group, will present on a panel titled “Global Class Action Developments” at the ABA Section of Antitrust Law Annual Spring Meeting, which will take place March 26-29, 2019 in Washington, DC.
In this session, the panelists will provide an update on antitrust class actions in the U.S. and Canada and the expanding collective redress practice in the UK and Europe, comparing their approaches and highlighting recent developments including the treatment of uninjured class members in the U.S., key cases such as MasterCard and Trucks in the UK and Europe, and potentially game-changing legislative proposals.
