Steven Badger to Present LMA Academy Master Class in London on Texas Hail and Harvey Claims
November 19, 2018On December 4, 2018, Steven Badger, a partner in the Dallas office of Zelle, will present a LMA Academy Master Class in London titled “Texas Hail and Harvey Claims Update.”
Hail and Hurricane Harvey claims remain hot topics in the Texas insurance claims community. Many of these claims are pursued by a 'cottage industry' of roofing contractors, public adjusters, attorneys and other unlicensed claim advocates.
In addition to the typical adjustment and coverage questions common in these matters, each day brings new schemes and some cases of outright fraud.
This master class will educate property insurance claims professionals on issues of current interest commonly arising in these claims, as well as resulting litigation.
