Steven Badger Invited To Return As Guest Speaker at 2019 Win the Storm Conference
February 23, 2019Steven Badger, a partner in the Dallas office of Zelle, has been invited to return as a guest speaker at the 2019 Win the Storm Conference, which will take place in Las Vegas, Nevada on February 21-23, 2019.
Badger will participate in a debate with policyholder attorney John Houghtaling. He will also lead breakout sessions with storm restoration contractors who have questions about the point of view of an attorney representing the insurance industry. These sessions will cover many issues involving storm restoration contractors, including supplementing, GCO&P, estimates, fraud, waiving of deductibles, and licensing.
