James Robertson Martin Presents at Seoul International Competition Forum
September 13, 2018James Robertson Martin, a partner in the Washington, DC office of Zelle and co-chair of the firm’s antitrust and competition practice, presented at the 10th Seoul International Competition Forum, which took place September 13, 2018 in Seoul, Korea.
Martin presented on a panel titled “Implementation of Civil Means for Competition.” The panel was moderated by Paul Nihoul, Judge of the EU General Court and included co-panelists Sang-Jo Kim, Chairperson of the Korea Fair Trade Commission; Brent Snyder, CEO of the Hong Kong Competition Commission; Chris Fonteijn, former Chairman of the Board of the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets; and Joäo Paulo de Resende, Commissioner of the Brazil Administrative Council for Economic Defense.
