Eric Bowers to Present at DRI Insurance Coverage and Claims Institute
March 23, 2018Eric Bowers, of Zelle’s Dallas office, will present at the DRI Insurance Coverage and Claims Institute, which will take place March 21-23, 2018 in Chicago, IL.
Bowers, who is also the Program Vice Chair, will be joined by Kerry Lee of Nelson Forensics to present on “Sword and Shield: The Use of Expert Witnesses.” Their presentation will provide an overview of how expert witness testimony can be crucial to first-party cases, and insight on getting the jump on the other side’s experts, insulating your own experts from attack, and triggering – or withstanding – the court’s “gatekeeper” function.
