Seth Jackson to Present on Representing Parties at Reference Proceedings Under Massachusetts Law

Jackson and Kevin Flaherty, a forensic accountant with MDD, will demystify Massachusetts’ unique “reference” procedure, the statutorily-mandated means for resolving disputes over the amount of loss in many first-party insurance claims.
