Steven Badger to Present Webinar on 9/11 Subrogation
June 28, 2017Steven Badger, a partner in the Dallas office of Zelle, will present a webinar titled “One of Subrogation’s Largest Property Cases – Lessons for All” to members of the National Association for Subrogation Professionals. The webinar will take place on Wednesday, June 28 beginning at 1 p.m. Eastern.
The subrogation action arising from the 9/11 terrorist attack was monumental in size and scope, seeking over $4 billion in damages against defendants responsible for aviation security. This litigation, which was settled for $1.2 billion, provides important lessons for preparing, presenting, and resolving subrogation matters of all types and sizes. Badger was the lead subrogation lawyer on the case.
