Lindsey Davis to Present to Minnesota Claim Managers Association
May 3, 2017On May 3, 2017, Zelle partner Lindsey Davis,of the firm’s Minneapolis office, will present to the Minnesota Claim Managers Association on the topic, “The Court Report: Recent Developments in Property Insurance.”
Davis' presentation will examine recent decisions from Minnesota courts impacting first-party property insurance claims.
The Minnesota Claim Managers Association is a non-profit organization comprised of insurance professionals holding positions of responsibility within insurance companies, self-insured programs and other risk management organizations. The organization affords educational opportunities for members by presenting speakers on wide ranging topics of interest relative to members’ positions within their companies.
