Steven Badger to Present at WIND 2017
February 2, 2017Steven Badger, a partner in the Dallas office of Zelle, will present on the topic “Merlin vs. Badger: The Great Debate On All Things Appraisal and Hail Related” at the 2017 Windstorm Conference. The conference will take place in Orlando, Florida on January 29-February 2, 2017.
Badger, who represents the commercial property insurance industry in catastrophic risk exposures, will co-present with William F. “Chip” Merlin, a plaintiff attorney. Both are well-versed in all aspects of first party claims and litigation. This presentation will be a discussion and debate on issues commonly arising in hail claims and resulting litigation.
