Steven Badger to Present at Texas Independent Insurance Adjusters Association Seminar
May 5, 2016Steven Badger, a partner in the Dallas office of Zelle, will present a program titled “Avoiding Bad Faith Allegations -- Good Faith For Texas Adjusters” at a seminar hosted by the Texas Independent Insurance Adjusters Association (TIAAA). The seminar will take place at the Hilton Dallas on May 5, 2016.
Badger, who represents the commercial property insurance industry, will give an overview of the good faith claim handling practices and effective claim-file management in the context of first party property claims.
