Judith Zahid to Present at ABA Section of Antitrust Law Annual Spring Meeting
April 8, 2016Judith Zahid, managing partner of Zelle’s San Francisco office, will moderate a panel titled “Global Private Settlements: Preferred Paths to Resolution” at the ABA Section of Antitrust Law Annual Spring Meeting, which will take place April 6-8, 2016 in Washington, DC.
As private enforcement regimes develop, resolving disputes efficiently and effectively is of increasing interest. Claimants want compensation without undue delay or cost. Defendants want to quantify and crystallize liability and move on. Zahid, whose practice is focused on litigating antitrust and other complex claims, and a panel of experienced litigators will discuss how international settlements play out, focusing on driving factors, pathways, timing, impediments, and favorable outcomes.
