Jason Reeves to Present LMA Academy Master Class on Onshore Energy Claims Issues
November 17, 2015On November 17, 2015, Jason Reeves, a partner of Zelle International, will co-present an LMA Academy master class titled “Onshore Energy Part 4 – Adjusting and Legal Issues II.” This is the fourth part in LMA’s onshore energy series.
This session will cover a range of topics, including:
- selected pitfalls in measuring Business Interruption (BI) energy losses
- the role of the claims leader, building trust and reducing the threat of litigation
- the use of inventory to reduce a BI loss
Joining Reeves for the presentation will be Marcus Heiss, Partner, MDD, and Richard Conacher, Senior Claims Adjuster, Zurich. The presenters regularly act for (re)insurers in onshore energy matters.
