Dan Millea to Co-Present Webinar on Builders Risk Coverage
November 18, 2015Dan Millea, a partner in the Minneapolis office of Zelle Hofmann, will serve as a panelist for a webinar titled “Builders Risk Coverage: Navigating Hard and Soft Costs, Delay in Opening Expenses and Construction Delay Measurement.” The 90-minute webinar, hosted by Strafford, will begin at Noon Central on Wednesday, November 18, 2015.
The panel will discuss the scope of coverage for builders risk insurance coverage, how to measure and prove construction delays, and the common areas of disputes between contractors and insurers such as defective design and workmanship, ensuing loss and length of delay.
