Jason Reeves to Present to LMA Academy Master Class on Negotiating
September 16, 2015On September 16, 2015, Jason Reeves, a partner of Zelle International, will co-present an LMA Academy master class titled “10 Worst Habits of Negotiators.”
Negotiating technique is crucial in business (including dispute resolution). Habits form too easily and are hard to break. This master class will provide a structure with practical tips for good negotiating practice.
The session will cover:
- the benefits of establishing and following a process
- preparation – and why it is necessary
- how to recognize and manage emotions as they emerge
- the challenge of working with teams and stakeholders
- tension between competition and collaboration.
Joining Reeves for the presentation will be Dr Karl Mackie, CBE, Chief Executive, CEDR, and Ranse Howell, Head of Negotiation Academy, CEDR.
