Judith Zahid to Moderate Panel on “Behind the Scenes with In-House Antitrust Counsel”
October 3, 2014Judith Zahid, a partner in Zelle Hofmann’s San Francisco office, will moderate a panel titled “Behind the Scenes with In-House Antitrust Counsel” for the Bar Association of San Francisco’s Antitrust Section. The program will take place on Friday, October 3, 2014 from 12:00 p.m.-1:30 p.m. Pacific at the BASF Conference Center, 301 Battery Street, 3rd Floor, in San Francisco. The program will also be available as a webcast and CLE will be offered to attendees.
Zahid, whose practice focuses on litigating antitrust claims, will be joined for the presentation by panelists Jaffer Abbasi of Chevron Corporation, Michael Lawrence of Google, Rob Mahnke of eBay Inc., and Ryan Takemoto of Visa.
The panelists will cover several topics, including:
- What are the most common antitrust questions in-house counsel get asked?
- How do antitrust counsel train key client constituencies?
- How can outside counsel assist in-house counsel in helping the client avoid antitrust problems?
