McElroy to Speak at 2009 ARIAS Spring Conference
February 26, 2009Zelle Hofmann Partner, Wm. Gerald McElroy, Jr., will serve as a co-panelist, with Patricia Taylor Fox of AIG, during the upcoming 2009 ARIAS Spring Conference in Palm Beach, Florida. McElroy will speak on a panel, titled "Evidence 101" presenting some of the fundamental principles of the rules of evidence for lay arbitrators. The conference will be held May 6-8.
