Zelle Hofmann Attorneys Present at Loss Executives Association Large Loss and Litigation Workshop at Lloyd's of London
November 13, 2012Zelle Hofmann Partners Dan Millea and Brett Wallingford, and Associate Seth Jackson participated in a mock trial presided over by the Honorable Wayne Anderson – U.S. District and State Court Judge (Retired) during a Loss Executives Association (LEA) Large Loss and Litigation Workshop at Lloyd’s of London. With claims becoming more complex, challenging and technical in the wake of major catastrophes, workshop participants were taken start to finish through a complex commercial insurance claim involving a major fire at the premises of a fictitious large multi-national manufacturing company.
