Colinvaux and Millea Present at Loss Executives Association Large Loss and Litigation Workshop
December 19, 2011Zelle Hofmann Partners Catherine Colinvaux and Dan Millea participated in a mock trial presided over by former Chicago Federal District Judge Wayne Anderson during the Loss Executives Association Large Loss and Litigation Workshop in Chicago, Illinois. The focus of the workshop was response to major property insurance losses. In addition to discussing how to best handle various loss adjustment issues, a perspective was given as to how these decisions might be perceived, handled and exploited from the other side.
