Defense Contractor v. Insurer.

Zelle lawyers successfully defended the insurer in this coverage dispute for over $1 billion arising out of Hurricane Katrina. LTG hosted this matter with 85 users (multiple law firms and experts used the database to assist in the adjustment and litigation). The database also housed nearly a million documents and 7.4 million pages of e-mails and engineering file types from multiple parties. 

National Bank Antitrust Litigation (Joint Defense).

This dispute over a Securities Lending Program involved multiple litigated matters. LTG hosted these cases over an eight-year period during which the database contained over 12.3 million pages and supported 70 users accessing the documents from multiple parties including co-counsel and experts.

Oil Company v. 9 Insurers.

This arbitration matter related to a refinery coverage dispute involving a nine-figure claim.  The case contained more than 200,000 files including e-mail and complex engineering documents from nine insurance companies and over 50 third-parties.

Technology Related Antitrust Litigation (Joint Defense).

LTG hosted the data over a four-year period and maintained a document database for the purposes of reviewing, organizing, and managing nearly 11 million pages, comprising over one million documents, produced by Defendants in this matter.

In Re Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) Antitrust Litigation.

Zelle lawyers successfully defended one of the country’s largest banks in multiple lawsuits brought by current and former participants in the bank’s securities lending program.  In those cases, Zelle provided comprehensive litigation support and technology services over an eight-year period.  The litigation database contained over 12.3 million pages and supported 70 users accessing the documents from multiple parties including co-counsel and experts.

This matter involved a refinery insurance coverage dispute and a nine figure claim involving documents from nine insurance companies and over 50 third parties.  This case involved 200,000 documents and files, including emails and attachments, .jpgs and complex engineering drawings.

Northrop Grumman Corporation v. Factory Mutual Insurance Company.

This matter involved a $1.2 billion insurance coverage dispute arising from Hurricane Katrina. Zelle hosted the documents produced in this case from 2009-2015, with seven parties (law firms and experts) and a total of 85 users accessing the system. This case involved a million documents and 7.4 million pages, including emails and attachments, and multiple engineering file types produced by several third parties and Northrop Grumman.
