Austin J. Taylor
Austin is an associate in Zelle’s Dallas office. He represents clients, including many of the world’s largest insurance companies, through all stages of litigation including pre-suit investigation and liability evaluation. His practice focuses on a wide range of insurance-related matters, with an emphasis on first-party coverage disputes.
He has experience in matters involving first-party breach of contract claims, Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) violations, bad faith causes of action, Texas Insurance Code violations, and coverage disputes involving a wide range of risks. He also regularly advises clients through all stages of the property insurance appraisal process.
During law school, Austin served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Vanessa D. Gilmore of the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas.
