Zachary D. Fechter

Zach is an associate attorney in Zelle’s Dallas office. He represents insurance companies across the globe, assisting in a range of matters both before and throughout litigation. Zach has experience in first-party breach of contract claims, Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) violations, bad faith causes of action, Texas Insurance Code violations, appraisal processes, and disputes over coverage and scope of damage.

Before joining the firm as an associate attorney, Zach worked as a summer associate at Zelle for two summers. During law school, Zach was a member of the Texas A&M School of Law mock trial team, and a senior editor on the school’s Law Review.
