Significant claims both in number and magnitude are already being filed as a result of the recent Texas winter freeze event. Some of these claims are for property damage resulting from burst pipes, collapsed roofs, and other causes. Others seek only business interruption losses resulting from loss of power. These claims present a number of interesting adjustment and coverage questions. Some of the claims may also present subrogation opportunities. This webinar will consider the adjustment, coverage, and subrogation issues expected to arise in commercial claims resulting from the Texas winter freeze event.
