Steven Badger to Present on Appraisal Trends and Controversies at the Windstorm Conference

Steven Badger, of the Dallas office of Zelle, will co-present on the topic “The Changing Appraisal Landscape-What are the Top Trends?” at the 2021 Windstorm Conference. This virtual workshop will take on February 1, 2021 at 3:30-5:15 pm Central.

Badger will co-present with Chip Merlin of Merlin Law Group, Jonathan Held of JS Held, and Jonathan Wilkofsky of Wilkofsky Friedman Karel & Cummins.

The presenters will discuss current issues that arise during the appraisal process. Attendees will learn of recent case law and trends in the use of appraisal in property damage claims and how to ethically handle appraisals.
