Seth Jackson, a partner in Zelle LLP’s Boston, MA office, will serve on the panel "Tenant Improvements & Betterments in Commercial Cases" as part of the PLRB “Hot Topics from the 2024 Claims Conference” Webinar Series. The panelists will explore common tenant improvement and betterments issues encountered while handling commercial claims. These issues include determining who the interested parties are, what documents are needed to resolve the claim, and what coverage issues may exist. Using claims examples, the presenters will help you identify these issues and develop strategies to successfully resolve them.
