Megan Zeller

Megan represents some of the world’s largest insurance carriers, where her practice focuses on a wide range of insurance-related matters in both first-party property and commercial general liability disputes as well as third-party matters, with an emphasis on coverage, construction defects, breach of contract, and bad faith. She has extensive experience handling all phases of litigation in both state and federal court.

Prior to joining Zelle, Megan served as an attorney at a regional Texas-based law firm, where she managed an extensive docket of first-party and third-party cases, including matters involving coverage, breach of contract, bad faith and negligence for multiple national Fortune 500 insurance carriers. She successfully drafted and argued summary judgment motions, expert challenges, facilitated complex settlements and prepared for trial.

Prior to law school, Megan volunteered as an AmeriCorps VISTA. While in law school, Megan served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Amos L. Mazzant, III of the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Texas.
