Jason Reeves Quoted in Bloomberg Law Article Regarding Insurance Dispute Over Climate Change Claim
June 20, 2024Jason Reeves, a partner in Zelle’s London office, was quoted in the Bloomberg Law article "Climate, Insurance Row Considered by Hawaii High Court". The article examined the debate between two units of a major insurance carrier and a gas company before Hawaii's high court, and whether the insurers were required to cover legal bills in climate change lawsuits against the gas company.
