Christopher J. Edwards

Christopher is an associate in Zelle’s Dallas office and represents clients through various stages of litigation. Christopher’s practice focuses on liability evaluation, pre-suit investigation, first-party coverage disputes, and other insurance-related matters, He has experience in matters involving Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act allegations and Texas Insurance Code violations.

Prior to joining Zelle as an associate, Christopher was a summer law clerk at Zelle LLP for two summers. During Law School, he served as judicial intern to the Honorable Barbara M.G. Lynn of the United States District Court, Northern District of Texas and externed with the legal department of Trinity Industries through SMU's Corporate Counsel Externship program. Christoper served as a student attorney for SMU's Small Business and Trademark clinic and was treasurer of SMU's Black Law Student Association.
