Steven Badger Quoted in Dallas Morning News Regarding Voluntary Certification for TX Storm-Chasing Roofers
March 9, 2017Steven Badger, a partner in the Dallas office of Zelle, was quoted in a Dallas Morning News article titled “Campaign for Texas roofer regulation gets a boost with bill to establish voluntary certification.”
The article covers a roofers' bill introduced in the Texas Legislature. The plan calls for a voluntary certification for storm-chasing roofers who could register with the state.
In the article, Badger says, "This is an important first step in recognizing there is a problem and working toward a solution. Something must be done for the protection of Texas property owners getting ripped off by these shady contractors."
