Steven Badger Quoted in Claims Journal Regarding States Impacted by Barrage of Hail Lawsuits
May 31, 2016Steven Badger, a partner in the Dallas office of Zelle, was quoted in an article titled “Texas Not the Only State Impacted by Barrage of Hail Lawsuits” that was published in Claims Journal.
In the last few years, hail damage lawsuits have crowded Texas courts. Badger, who represents the commercial property insurance industry in significant risk exposure subrogation and coverage matters, is quoted regarding hail damage litigation impacting other states where large hail events have occurred, including Colorado, Oklahoma and Minnesota.
