Claire A. Fialcowitz

Claire is an associate in the firm’s Dallas office, where she represents some of the world’s largest insurance carriers. Her practice is devoted to complex commercial litigation, insurance coverage disputes, and bad faith litigation. She has experience in the areas of commercial property and builder’s risk, particularly in matters involving first-party breach of contract claims, Texas Insurance Code and Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act violations, bad faith causes of action, and coverage disputes for various causes of loss.

Claire represents clients in all aspects of commercial disputes, from providing analysis to clients on coverage issues to representing clients in all aspects of litigation in federal and state courts across the country.

Prior to joining Zelle as an associate, Claire worked as a summer associate and law clerk at Zelle while attending SMU Dedman School of Law. While in law school, she served as the president and vice president of programs for the Corporate Law Association and note editor for the Science and Technology Law Review.
